Flat rate includes service but a small tip will be appreciated. Note Use only authorized cabs (where a dispatcher is present) or you will pay twice as much, and always confirm the fare before embarking. On your return trip, have your hotel call a taxi. Overcharging and fixed meters are still not under control, though the government is trying to correct the situation, but without much success. Be alert!
